Vibrating screen unit is a core equipment in drying tailings process. The dewatering unit consists of hydrocyclones, high-frequency vibrating dewatering screen, slurry pump and attachments. Compared to the high investment and operation cost of pressure filter, the dewatering unit enjoys many benefits.
The product adopts double vibration motor as power supply. The double vibration is installed parallel, when they are running at the same time, centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block. Centrifugal force along the direction of vibration is superposed, otherwise it is offset. Thus form a single centrifugal force which along the direction of vibration, which makes screen box affectation reciprocating linear motion. The product adopts flange vibrator as power supply: The two motors that rotate synchronously and reversely and centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block. This makes the screen body periodical to-and-fro moving along the direction of straight line, which is for the purpose of dehydration. The screen frame is connected by the high-intensity bolts, so the structure is stable and durable.
